Bros & Bras is a social and fitness group located in Jefferson County WV.
All fitness levels are welcome to participate in approximately 28 volunteer lead events monthly.
Kevin Brackens is the host of the Break It Down for Brackens Podcast. In 2015, he created the Bros & Bras fitness and social group which met weekly to enjoy some walking or running and cup of coffee. It eventually grew to a large community group that encourages everyone to really work on their fitness and healthy living.
